inducting them in key aspects of the Magnet business and ensuring they understand the Magnet vision
and have the confidence to embark on their career.

the Training Academy provides a variety of courses and workshops to enhance colleagues understanding of company products,
IT systems and retail skills.
The Training Academy also supports Management skills development through various workshops and programmes including project management,
motivational techniques, business planning and maximising performance.
We are continually investing in our stores and are currently expanding at a fast pace.
This provides plenty of opportunities to find the right career for you.
It is helpful if you have previous experience in a related business but it’s much more important that you possess the right personal qualities;
