Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager for Magnet you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to increase branch performance.
You will possess excellent people management skills as well as the interpersonal and organisational skills
to deliver Magnet’s customer focused, tailor-made ‘full circle service’.
You will manage all aspects of this Retail branch including:
sales and margin, customer service, branch administration, colleague supervision and training and development.
Ideally you should have a solid retail management background in a customer facing environment and proven experience of managing
a team in Home Improvement or DIY sales would be beneficial.
