As a Branch Manager for Magnet Trade you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to increase branch performance. You will possess excellent people management skills as well as the interpersonal and organisational skills to enable you to move the business forward. You will manage all aspects of the branch including: sales and margin, customer service, branch administration, colleague supervision and training and development.
With a solid Trade Sales background in a customer facing environment and proven experience of successfully managing a team in DIY, Construction or Trade Sales you will be our ideal candidate.
